Privacy policy

This policy explains what Northside collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send the request form, we receive:

• your name, company and work email
• the area you choose and, if you give them, your annual revenue range, your accounting or ERP system and the number of people in finance or operations
• the task you describe
• hidden fields that record which page of the site you sent the form from and, if the link you followed had them, its campaign tags (source, medium, campaign and content)

If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Why we collect it

We use it only to read your request, reply with a written plan and follow up on that conversation.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify receives and stores form submissions and sends us an email notification for each one. Like any web host, it also handles standard server data such as IP addresses. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser’s request for those files.

Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service from Cloudflare, Inc., to understand how this site is used. It collects aggregate visit data: the pages viewed, the site that referred you, your country, your browser and device type, and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not identify individual visitors. We see only totals, not who you are.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers above. This site uses no advertising pixels and no cookies. Besides the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described above, it has one small script of our own, which copies campaign tags from the link you followed, such as utm_source, into hidden fields on the request form, so we know which link brought you here. That script sets no cookies, stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere unless you submit the form. If any of this changes, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as we need them to reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will delete it from our email and from Netlify.

California residents

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share it. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
