Written plans are proposals

A written plan we send in reply to a request is a non-binding proposal. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.

Example builds

Example builds, targets, payback figures and sample reports on this site show what a build is designed to do. They are not results, guarantees or descriptions of past client work.

No warranties

We try to keep this site accurate, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, and we may change it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Northside is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content.
